Cancellation Policy

Tuition and Program Year Tuition is $87 per child per month unless another approved rate is shown at registration. The Super Music program year runs September 1 through August 31. Annual tuition is divided into 12 equal monthly payments based on the total scheduled classes for the year, not the number held each month. July Break No regular classes are held during the scheduled July break. July tuition remains due because it is part of the 12-month tuition structure and reserves the child’s place. Classes resume in August. Registration and Billing The first payment is charged at registration. Families enrolling through October 14, 2026 pay the regular monthly rate. Beginning October 15, 2026, families enrolling on or after the 15th of a month may receive 50% off the first month by applying promo code MIDMONTH at registration. Regular tuition begins on the first of the following month. The card on file is automatically charged on the first of each month until enrollment is canceled under this policy or the program year ends. Families must maintain a valid payment method. Enrollment may be suspended for an unresolved balance. Cancellation Families may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice to supermusicomaha@gmail.com The notice period begins when Super Music receives the request. Any payment scheduled before the cancellation becomes effective will be processed as the final payment. Families may attend through the end of the final paid billing period. Verbal notice, stopping attendance, or removing a payment method does not cancel enrollment. Refunds and Credits Processed payments are nonrefundable except where required by law or approved by Super Music. Refunds or credits are not ordinarily issued for absences, vacations, scheduling conflicts, holidays, scheduled breaks, the July break, or leaving before the end of a paid billing period. If Super Music cancels a class, it may offer a make-up or rescheduled class, account credit, or refund. If a class is permanently discontinued and no reasonable alternative is available, future payments will be canceled and an appropriate credit or refund may be issued. Annual Re-Enrollment Enrollment applies only to the stated program year. Current families receive priority enrollment for the following year but must re-enroll to reserve their child’s place.
