Cancellation Policy

Booking: New families are welcome to schedule a $25 introductory class before enrolling. Enrollment is confirmed once registration is complete and the first tuition payment has been received. Monthly tuition reserves your child's place in class until enrollment is canceled. Cancellation by Families: Families may cancel enrollment at any time with 30 days' notice before their next billing date. Tuition already paid is non-refundable. Families are welcome to re-enroll at any time if space is available. Missed Classes If your child misses class, one makeup class may be scheduled each month within 30 days, as space allows. Cancellations by Super Music If Super Music cancels a class due to illness, severe weather, or another unforeseen circumstance, an additional makeup class will be scheduled within 30 days whenever possible. If a makeup class cannot be offered within that time frame, a tuition credit will be applied to a future month. Waitlist: If a class is full, families are welcome to join the waitlist at no cost. Families will be contacted in the order they joined the waitlist as openings become available. Once notified, families will have 48 hours to accept the available spot before it is offered to the next family on the list. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment, but we'll do our best to place your family in a class as soon as possible.
